A full range of higher education courses is available in London. Establishments include the University of London with its famous colleges such as LSE (London School of Economics), the London Medical and Dental Schools, such as those at Guy’s and St Bartholomew’s, and the numerous former polytechnics such as the Universities of North London and Westminster.
University of London
The University of London is a federation of schools, colleges, institutes and associated institutions. Between them they provide over 900 full-time and part-time undergraduate and 400 postgraduate Master’s degree courses and a wide range of research facilities. Applications for admissions are made through UCAS and details about each of the schools, colleges and institutions which make up the University can be obtained by contacting them directly.
